Swallow's Broadway debut came in High Fidelity. There, she appeared in a broad selection of plays, such as King Lear, The Taming of the Shrew at the Guthrie Theater; Much Ado About Nothing for Shakespeare in the Park. Additionally The off Broadway shows Romantic Poetry & Measure for Pleasure were given their world premieres. In the year 2008, Swallow made her film debut in the military drama The Lucky Ones. The film premiered at the Los Angeles Geffen Playhouse of Donald Margulies play The Country House. The Guthrie Theatre she played opposite Mark Rylance as Nice Fish from Louis Jenkins. In 2010, her performance in The Taming of the Shrew was awarded an award called the Falstaff Award. Swallow and Jac huberman performed in a Jac N Swallow stage show in New York, at both the Laurie Beeckman Theater & Joe's Pub, on December 4 in 2012. The humorous adventures of the duo are the focus of the show. They have to face a range of daily challenges with dignity. The characters are currently being developed into a television series. Guthrie Theater Guthrie Theater premiered Nice Fish in 2013, a collaboration between Mark Rylance and Louis Jenkins. In 2016, she appeared in Center Theatre Group's production of Ayad Akhtar's shamed. Swallow had her first television part on Guiding Light. She has since appeared in Southland and Ringer. [1] She had part in the main role of The Mentalist as FBI agent Kim Fischer. In the eleventh season of Supernatural which aired in 2015, she was cast as Amara - "the Darkness". In 2019, she will play the role of Armorer as the Mandalorians' traditional leader on Star Wars' The Mandalorian. The character's face is not seen in the series as traditionalists are not allowed to wear their armors in front of the other characters.
